Sonoran Property Inspections finds bank owned owned homes can be a large project to undertake. They remind me of an old card that has been abandonded and is in need of restoration.

I did a Scottsdale home inspection and a Phoenix home inspection in the past 4 days and both were in dire need of attention. The banks are litterally walking away from these homes and turning all power and utilities off. Please keep in mind that when I come across this type off home the items needing attention are not overly seriouse but none the less will need attention and correction to get in an acceptable condition. I consider most of the items amore of a nuiscance however to a novice in home construction or home maintenance, these items can be overwhelming. I try to bring the right perspective to the items when discussing with the client what the conditions are that need attention and how to go about tackeling these.

I think as long as the client understands what they are getting then this type of home can be a great adventure into home ownership at a great price. I enjoy educating the clients and painting an accurate picture of what needs to be done.
