Phoenix Infrared Inspections did a 20,000 sq.ft. inrared inspection on a commercial roof this past Wednesday. The roof was not very old and the inspection was done at approximately 9:00 pm. The results were pretty amazing. The owner was very surprised by the results we were able to show the owner that the roof did indeed have substantial issues needing to be further investigated.

The moisture will get into flat roofs and will never dryout. Thats right, never. The problems with moisture in the roof can be mold, additional weight on the roof deck, structural roof deck issues from rust, deck fasteners rusting, unexpected down time, damaged merchandise excess roof cost and the list goes on.

You can control the roof expense by doing predictive maintenance on a regular basis. Repair exactly the areas of concern and not another square foot. This type of approach can extend your re roofs dramatically and reduce your overall cost.
