We are into our swim season now and it is critical that the fences be checked, the gates are self closing and self locking. You must surpervise your kids when they are in the pool or even around the pool. Please keep a cell phone or a cordless phone by the pool in case you need to call 911, know how to do cpr as this can mean the difference between life or death.

Sonoran Property Inspections wants everyone to be safe and understand that kids need supervision around the pools, however that is not enough. The safety devices must be maintained for those times when you are not home.

I recommend a 60" tall fence around the property as well as another barrier around the pool. This double layer of protection will help protect your kids from drowning.
